Used lubricating oil collected from workshops, fleets, and garages across western Uttar Pradesh. Every batch will be screened for PCB content before acceptance.

Pre-Treatment
Dehydration under vacuum removes water, fuel and light ends. Lowering the pressure drops their boiling points, so less heat is needed and the oil is not stressed. What comes out is dry and free of the light fractions that carry odour.

Vacuum Distillation
Continuous thin-film distillation under high vacuum lifts the base oil fraction away from the heavy residue. The oil spends seconds on a hot surface rather than hours in a pot, so it separates cleanly instead of cracking. Residue is drawn off continuously and sold on.

Polishing
Two polishing stages finish the oil. The distilled oil is treated with a polishing media under heat and vacuum, which takes out the traces that colour it and carry odour. The second stage is what takes colour below 0.5. The media is regenerated in place and used again, and no acid is used at any point.

Lab Testing
Every batch will be checked before it leaves: colour, viscosity at 40 and 100°C, viscosity index, flash point, pour point, acid number, ash. Certificates of Analysis issued from our own laboratory from commissioning.

Dispatch
Group I+ base oil in bulk tanker, 210L drums or IBC, from the Budaun plant. Dispatch begins at commissioning in late 2027.

BUILT IN STAGES
One site. Two stages.
The first pays for the second.
The plant at Budaun is designed for 100 KLPD and commissions at 30. Equipment and capacity are added as sales fund them, so no capital sits idle in steel that is not yet needed and no capacity is stranded by a design that cannot grow.
In March 2026 we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Uttar Pradesh for the project. Investment under it is phased against capacity, on the same basis. The State is facilitating our approvals, registrations and clearances, and access to State and Central incentive schemes.

Continuous vacuum distillation and two stages of polishing. Design specification: ASTM colour 0.5, acid number and ash at or below 0.1.

Expansion to 100 KLPD
Capacity is added on the same site, up to the 100 KLPD the plant is designed for. The land, sheds, tanks and power connection are built for 100 from the start, so nothing has to be rebuilt.
